Our Community Guidelines are a set of principles that govern how we interact with each other to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive experience for everyone on the Driven platform.
1. Be Respectful
Treat everyone with respect and dignity, regardless of their background, race, religion, gender, or any other characteristic. Harassment, discrimination, and verbal abuse are strictly prohibited.
2. Safety First
The safety of our community is our top priority. We have a zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, sexual misconduct, or any behavior that threatens the safety of others. All drivers must adhere to local traffic laws.
- Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Do not engage in reckless driving.
- Report any safety concerns immediately through the app.
3. User Responsibility
We expect all users to be responsible for their actions. This includes:
- Riders: Arrive at your pickup location on time and treat the driver’s vehicle with care.
- Drivers: Maintain a clean vehicle and a professional attitude. Do not refuse rides based on a person’s identity.
- Delivery Partners: Handle all packages with care and deliver them in a timely manner.
4. Accountability
All users are held accountable for their behavior on the platform. Any violation of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent deactivation of your account.
