1. Our Safety Features
- Emergency Button: In case of an emergency, tap the in-app emergency button to connect with law enforcement or emergency services.
- Share My Trip: Share your trip status, including your live location, with trusted contacts so they can follow your journey in real-time.
- Driver & Vehicle Verification: All drivers and vehicles undergo thorough screening before being approved on the Driven platform.
- GPS Tracking: Every trip is tracked from start to finish via GPS, providing a digital record of the journey.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Driven has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of violence, sexual misconduct, harassment, or illegal drug and alcohol use. Any violations will result in immediate and permanent account deactivation.
3. Report an Issue
If you encounter a safety issue, report it immediately. You can report an incident directly through the app or by contacting our 24/7 support team.
